HBL is a league aims to promote and develop the game of basketball use sport as economic growth engine accross the country Rwanda and later in Africa.
This focuses in High schools to make great significant detecting and rising talented highschool students in order to help them pursuing their future professional career
We are committed to establish HBL as a world class junior basketball league that champions innovation, Develop and healthy and wellness through the game. HBL will provide an outstanding entertaining moments for students and fans of all ages.
